Wellcome to the website, and thank you for your interest in our home. We are family of three and we live in the same house. Over twenty years, we have been renting an apartment for two (called Cherry) in the ground floor for over twenty years, and recently we added another on the first floor (called Olive) which became available in July 2023.
Each of apartments has its own balcony with garden furniture, separate bedroom for two persons, bathroom with shower, kitchen with stove, fridge, microvawe oven and pots and plates, air-conditioning, wi-fi and reserved parking space in the garden.
Apartment Cherry has 24 square meters and is surrounded by plants, therefore it is well protected from summer heat.
Apartment Olive has 45 square meters and has a guest couch in the kitchen/living room, therefore it can accommodate a third person if necessary.

How to make a reservation?
A written request for a reservation should be sent by e-mail to the address

and within two working days we will let you know whether the desired dates are still free and we will send you the information on total price for the period you indicated and on rental conditions.

If you confirm that the conditions are acceptable to you, we will send you the information for the advance payment.
3.
We will send the reservation confirmation upon receipt of an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total rent for the reserved period.
4.
The remaining amount of 50% of the total rent is paid on the day of arrival to the apartment according to the issued invoice.
What else you should know if you consider making a reservation?
Cancellation of reservation:
If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the planned arrival, we will refund your advance payment in full. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the planned arrival, we will offer you other dates for a new reservation in the current or next year.
The rental price includes:
- accommodation for two people with residence tax included for all days of apartment use
- bed sheets and towels (changed weekly)
- cost of electricity, water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi
- parking in the yard for one personal vehicle
- guest registration in the e- Visitor system
Security questions:
Only guests registered in the e-Visitor system are allowed to access to the yard and the house, to leave their vehicles and belongings (e.g. bicycles and beach equipment) and to stay in the apartment. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
